If I have one addiction (okay, maybe two – the other would be divine, organic dark chocolate), it would be skincare. I’m known to buy when I’m nowhere close to low – in any category, whenever I hear of something that I become obsessed with trying. Lately I’ve been thinking about my “holy grail” products – the products I literally cannot go without. One of those is from organic skincare guru Tara Harper.

The Retinoic Face Oil is a “vitamin cocktail for your skin”, in the form of concentrated facial oil that infuses with vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and antioxidants to transform dry, chapped irritated patches into balanced, radiant looking skin. I use just a few drops every night after cleansing/toning and before moisturizing. I just ordered Tata’s “Repairative Anti-Aging Hylaluronic Acid Moisturizer” after they discontinued my beloved “Moisturizing Mask” product that I’d used for years and I used the last drop so we’ll see how that goes. Sigh.

With preservatives that are plant-derived, a pH range of 4.8 – 5.3 for their entire line, a commitment to strive for 100% organic materials whenever possible, and various certifications regarding testing on animals (they do not) and “Ecocert” regarding the sustainability of their entire production chain, there’s a lot to love about Tata Harper. But, the best thing about their products is that their powerful natural ingredients and biotechnology provide real results, and the essential oils make using them a sensory delight.
